In March 2020, the client had to respond immediately to a new reality. Employees were asked to work from home with less than 24 hours notice, creating an urgent need for a structured way to request and borrow office equipment such as desks and chairs.
This was not a standard digital project with long planning phases and room for delay. The client needed a solution that could protect employee safety during COVID while keeping internal operations running efficiently. The timeline was extreme, the stakes were real, and execution had to be immediate.
