I'm a member of the common infrastructure team, responsible for deploying and managing technologies in Azure to improve organizational efficiency, automation, and security. I collaborate with cross-functional teams to create and implement Azure-based solutions that streamlined processes and optimized resource utilization. I utilize Bicep to define and deploy infrastructure as code, ensuring consistency and reliability across multiple Azure environments. Additionally, I use Azure DevOps for (CI/CD) pipelines, automating software deployment and maintaining version control. I also manage security operations with Microsoft 365 Defender, proactively identifying and addressing threats to the organization's cloud and email services. I support Intune for endpoint management to enhance security and compliance for Windows-based devices, and maintained Windows Server environments, including Active Directory (AD) infrastructure, to ensure high availability and security.

Key member of an innovation team, specializing in infrastructure management. Collaborated with the development team to enhance key infrastructure components such as Active Directory (AD), DNS, backups, and security protocols. Spearheaded initiatives to enhance system reliability and scalability, optimizing overall architecture. Utilized GCP and Docker technologies to design, deploy, and manage cloud-based solutions in support of innovation projects. Employed GitHub for version control and code collaboration. Played a key role in conducting technical due-diligence reviews for significant investments, working closely with the company's investment team as the primary technical contact. Managed infrastructure as code (IAC) using Terraform to automate provisioning and ensure consistent infrastructure deployment.

Was a member of the backend team responsible for developing AWS solutions and improving architecture. Worked closely with colleagues to create, implement, and support AWS solutions. Skilled in various AWS services such as EC2, S3, RDS, Lambda, and IAM. Implemented Docker containers to package applications, simplifying development and increasing efficiency.

As a member of the Infrastructure team at IKANO Bank, I was responsible for configuring and automating different components of the AWS environment. This included troubleshooting and resolving issues across all platform and application domains, collaborating with the architecture team to develop and implement scalable infrastructure solutions. My duties also involved automating tasks, managing availability, performance, monitoring, incident response, and maintenance of AWS cloud-based systems. Additionally, I handled networking and AWS workspaces, wrote and deployed Terraform and CloudFormation scripts, and managed user permissions through AWS SSO.

Responsible for managing Azure cloud services, backend/third-line IT operations, and project involvement. Collaborating on the development of new services utilizing Azure. Contributing to the incorporating of new clients for operations.

Played a key role in the infrastructure refresh project, overseeing the comprehensive overhaul of key components such as fiber, network infrastructure, client systems, servers, and storage solutions. Server management including VMware, Windows server, storage, Exchange and AD management. Responsible for managing 200 servers, systems for 6000 users and about 4000 computers. Involved in the project to renew the virtual infrastructure. From writing procurement documents to adopting the new platform. From racking/cabling to installing VMware, switches storage to migrating to the new environment. Involved in technical aspects of Government procurements.

Started out as a trainee and then become full-time IT Operations for internal and external systems.
