Collaborated with the development team to enhance key infrastructure components such as Active Directory (AD), DNS, backups, and security protocols, improving system reliability and scalability. Designed, deployed, and managed cloud-based solutions on GCP with Docker in support of innovation projects, using GitHub for version control and code collaboration. Conducted technical due-diligence reviews for significant investments as the investment team's primary technical contact. Played a key role in the infrastructure refresh project, overseeing the comprehensive overhaul of key components such as fiber, network infrastructure, client systems, servers, and storage solutions. Managed 200 servers and systems serving 6000 users and about 4000 computers, covering VMware, Windows Server, storage, Exchange, and AD. Drove the renewal of the virtual infrastructure end to end, from writing procurement documents through racking, cabling, and installing VMware, switches, and storage, to migrating onto the new platform. Contributed to the technical aspects of government procurements.

Started as a trainee and advanced to full-time IT Operations, running both internal and external systems.
