Skanska had just got the new brand and needed to implement it. Skanska needed somebody that knew both development and design. That person would be part of the decision-making on what works and what does not work.Mirsad did work on the frontend and design part. He also did suggest that Skanska should implement a component library since that would make it easier to maintain all of the applications Skanska has. He pitched the whole strategy and how to move forward using a component library withthe “Atomic design pattern”. He was also part of the design review process meeting.

Mirsad was brought in to help Joint Academy with the social features that they wanted to add to their mobile application. He did create a fully working social media platform in his free time that had those group features that Joint Academy wanted. With the experience and A/B testing during the two years that Mirsad spent on the social mobile platform, he could help Joint Academy advance faster and deploy key features without going through the A/B testing. Features that were added to the Joint Academy groups were: Engage “dead” groups, Posts, status, like, report user, and notification. Mirsad also showed features, dashboards, and code that he had on his social media app to Joint Academy. The social media app that Mirsad created had features like: live video streams, groups, profiles, likes, shares, comments, etc

In his role as a Front-End developer Mirsad help to create new functions, manage bugs, and create new components for Telia.dk and Callme.dk. He was also a part of creating Telia’s new component-library, using Storybook.The obvious choice proposed by Mirsad is “Atomic Design” for component-library and the Vue.js components. Except for Vue.js, he used CSS, SCSS, HTML, and Vanilla Javascript as well. Mirsad was also included in the design process and some of the UX parts.

Mirsad created the City Gross app for Avensia's customers. The customer wanted to completely rebuild the app for both iOS and Android and used React-Native. Mirsad got a requirement list of features the customer wanted to include in the app. E.g QRcode, shopping list, login users, find stores, search for products and see offers. The team consisted of a project manager, an architect, and Mirsad as a developer. Mirsad was responsible for the communication with the customer so they could test the app during the time that Mirsad developed it. That enabled the customer to follow up and test the app to see if they are happy or wanted to change anything.

Desktop Application: Mirsad developed a desktop application that would make it easier for the ITadministrators to update firmware for IoT devices. Mirsad used Electron, React, Node.js, HTML, CSS and Javascript to build and develop this application.

Firmware upload: In a smaller team, Mirsad and his colleagues created an internal tool for the hardware team to upload their Firmwares. This was done in React, HTML, CSS, Javascript.

Together with a colleague, Mirsad built an interface for an Audio Equalizer. The audio equalizer helped the user of the camera to adjust the sound during playback to get the right sound. The interface was built in Backbone, jQuery, HTML, CSS and SOAP.

EON Sweden produces and supplies energy to the Nordic market. Together with a colleague, Mirsad built and developed a new tool for heat pump installers. The tool would make it easier for the installers to get leads from EON on customers who were interested in replacing their heat pumps. The tool collected all information about customers, history, conversations and other information that facilitated the installers. The tool was built in React, HTML, CSS, Javascript, Azure, MailChimp,Rest-Api, CosmosDB.

Modity is an energy trading company that targets energy companies, producers, and industries. In a team of 3 people, Mirsad and his colleagues create a new platform for the customer. The customer needed a platform that they could update and change content themselves. The platform was built in React, HTML, CSS, JavaScript and Contenful. With the help of Contenful (Headless CMS), the customer could change all the content on their platform.
