As a current Scrum Master and Frontend Developer, I lead a dynamic team in developing and maintaining an internal application. Specializing in streamlining administrative tasks, I actively facilitate Agile methodologies to ensure efficient collaboration and project delivery. In my dual role, I contribute to the application’s user interface for optimal functionality and user experience, continuously aligning it with evolving administrative needs.

Throughout my tenure in this role, I fulfilled the position of a coach and provided comprehensive support to both the team and the Product Owner (PO). My core responsibilities revolved around ensuring strict adherence to the Agile methodology, actively leading and facilitation key Scrum events, including Spring Planning, Daily Stand-ups, backlog Refinement, Spring Review and Retrospective sessions.

A central objective of the engagement was to cultivate an environment conducive to nurturing the team’s autonomy. By implementing this strategic approach, the team gained the ability to autonomously identify and overcome obstacles, thereby propelling themselves forward on their agile journey Consequently, this initiative facilitated the team’s transformation into a more cohesive and agile unit, characterized by an enhanced focus and unwavering commitment.

In my role as a Frontend Developer, I’ve been instrumental in driving the creation and continuous enhancement of internal solutions with a strong focus on optimizing resource allocation and streamlining structural efficiency within the organization.

One of my primary responsibilities has been to architect and meticulously maintain frontend systems and user interfaces. These components have been thoughtfully crafted to seamlessly align with the organization’s overarching objectives and ever-evolving user experience expectations.

Onboarding Portal Development [GESHDO]
I designed and executed a comprehensive onboarding portal customized to meet the needs of new employees within the organization. The project began with the development of a prototype using Adobe software, fostering client engagement and enabling discussions to align with their specific requirements. Continuous collaboration with the client was fundamental to the project’s success, as it ensured their expectations were consistently met throughout the entire process.

This involved leveraging Adobe tools for visual design and client presentations, maintaining regular communication with the client to guarantee alignment with their evolving needs, and implementing iterative improvements based on their feedback. Ultimately, the project culminated in the creation of a user-centric portal aimed at streamlining the onboarding process for maximum efficiency and effectiveness.

Second half of Internship: Web Page Development for Statistical Presentation [GESHDO client]
During my second half as a Web Development Intern, I had the privilege of being part of a dynamic team and contributing to a customer project that demanded both innovation and precision. My primary role involved supporting the creation of a dedicated web page specifically designed to showcase comprehensive statistical information enriched with visually compelling charts and graphs, tailored precisely to meet the unique requirements of our client. I assisted in the implementation of advanced data visualization techniques, gaining hands-on experience in creating visually appealing representations of complex data. Working alongside a cross-functional team, I helped ensure the alignment of the web page with the specific needs and preferences of our client. This experience provided me with a profound understanding of the importance of professionalism, quality, and client-centricity in project execution.

In my capacity as a court clerk, I am responsible for diligently preparing incoming cases for their eventual adjudication, meticulously processing judgments, vigilantly tracking deadlines, and meticulously coordinating court dates. These cases encompass a spectrum ranging from criminal matters to bankruptcy proceedings. Furthermore, I have had the privilege of serving as a recorder during various trials. This role requires extensive engagement with all relevant parties and their representatives, as well as providing assistance to the public in navigating our judicial processes.

In addition to my core responsibilities, I have been actively engaged in training and coaching activities, particularly during the transitional phase of internal application changes and organizational restructuring.
