Operational Playbook Platform - Built and maintained an information hub serving as the organizational knowledge base for internal methodologies and processes. Developed CMS-like workflows enabling content owners to publish and update guidance. Implemented event-driven microservices using Cloud Functions, Pub/Sub, and Cloud Scheduler for data synchronization and automated notifications.

Financial Approval Workflow System - Developed a platform for securing financial approval of investment projects. Implemented complex business logic and dynamic approval flows derived from organizational methodologies. Built serverless event-driven architecture with Cloud Functions, scheduled data pipelines, and BigQuery analytics.

Market Discovery Platform - Contributed to a form-based evaluation tool for assessing and scoring potential new locations. Developed project assessment workflows with categorized scoring criteria and financial feasibility analysis, integrated with backend APIs and Azure AD authentication.

Space Planning & Design Platform - Built a platform for defining and validating new retail space configurations. Developed form-driven workflows with approval processes and AI-assisted input validation and layout generation. Managed infrastructure provisioning with Terraform and CI/CD pipelines with GitHub Actions.

Working in Scrum teams throughout, participating in sprint planning, daily standups, retrospectives, and regular demos to both internal and external stakeholders.

Contributed to the development of the IKEA Kitchen Planner - a public-facing product used by millions of customers worldwide to design and plan their kitchens. Working in sprint-based Scrum teams alongside UX designers and architects, I built new features and maintained existing functionality across a large-scale React codebase. My role focused on translating design mockups into responsive, interactive interfaces that met IKEA's design principles and accessibility standards.

Built two full Vue.js applications from the ground up for managing office capacity and resource allocation across IKEA offices. Developed workspace booking with collision detection, team scheduling calendars, lunch room reservations, and admin dashboards with statistics and reporting. Implemented role-based access control, multi-language support (i18n), and guided onboarding flows. Integrated Azure AD authentication, error tracking with Sentry, and Google Analytics.

At IKANO Bank, I actively contributed to the maintenance and enhancement of the cloud platform. Some key achievements include:

Facilitated the creation of AWS resources as needed, streamlining resource provisioning and optimizing scalability.

Constructed a comprehensive cost reporting tool. This tool provided a clear overview of all expenses associated with the AWS services employed, enabling informed decision-making and cost management.

At GESHDO, I work as an external IT consultant while contributing to internal product development - including our employee time reporting platform and client-facing projects.

I have also delivered side-projects such as a ticket reservation system and interactive meeting room displays built with Vue.js on Raspberry Pi devices, integrated with Azure for real-time room booking.

As part of the Tech Excellence initiative, I serve as a mentor for interns and colleagues, and lead internal training sessions.

Built a web app with the purpose of simplifying birthday event planning for parents with young children. Allowed users to create an event using different templates, send out invites and reminders by sms and email via SendGrid.

As an independent contractor, I provided my specialized services to Appen, where my main job involved carefully evaluating online web content, following a detailed set of predetermined criteria and guidelines. In this role, I conducted a thorough and structured process of content assessment to make sure it met specific quality standards and goals.
