I'm a full-stack developer on a workforce management platform for service companies. It covers customers, orders, quotes, scheduling and invoicing, and is integrated with Fortnox, with further integrations upcoming. My focus is the pricing and invoicing domain: I am currently designing functionality for index-based price adjustment. I also work on the Fortnox integration across the API and a dedicated WebSocket sync worker: OAuth token handling, error handling, a structured end-to-end test of the accounting and payroll flows, and security improvements. I work across a React and Material UI frontend, a Node.js, Express and TypeORM API on PostgreSQL with Auth0 authentication, and GCP infrastructure in Terraform. I also improve stability, the data model, developer tooling and the team's Claude Code plugins for backlog management.

I was part of the engineering team behind Telavox's cloud-native UCaaS platform for ten years. Much of my work was in identity and access management — building integrations with Microsoft Entra ID and implementing OAuth 2.0 and OpenID Connect flows. I also worked on embedded integrations for Microsoft Teams, Office 365, and Google Workspace. Spring Boot was the core backend framework in my work there, and where services needed a shared cache I worked with Memcached and Redis. I contributed to migrating services from a proprietary in-house framework over to Spring Boot, improving testability and making the codebase easier to work with going forward. Alongside backend work, I built and maintained frontend features using React and TypeScript throughout my time there. I also used Python 2.x to build tooling for anonymizing production data and creating containerized MySQL datasets for local development and testing.

I worked on graphical simulation software for quarrying and mining operations, a search and indexing tool for laboratory results, and a license management system for controlling tool access. It was a good environment for learning to care about correctness and writing software that behaves predictably.

I worked within the compiler technology research group, doing testing, documentation, and tooling development. A good introduction to working in a technical environment where precision and clear communication matter.
