I'm a full-stack developer on a workforce management platform for service companies. It covers customers, orders, quotes, scheduling and invoicing, and is integrated with Fortnox. My current focus is the team's release process across the platform's repositories. I build shared GitHub Actions workflows that automate releases and hotfixes and keep the issue tracker in step with what is in production. Before this I worked on the pricing and invoicing domain and the Fortnox integration. I work across a React and Material UI frontend, a Node.js, Express and TypeORM API on PostgreSQL with Auth0 authentication, and GCP infrastructure in Terraform. Extensive use of parallelized Claude Code agents boosts my efficiency, but I maintain ownership of the design and development process, and the extra speed never costs understanding or quality.

I was part of the engineering team behind Telavox's cloud-native UCaaS platform for ten years. Much of my work was in identity and access management — building integrations with Microsoft Entra ID and implementing OAuth 2.0 and OpenID Connect flows. I also worked on embedded integrations for Microsoft Teams, Office 365, and Google Workspace. Spring Boot was the core backend framework in my work there, and where services needed a shared cache I worked with Memcached and Redis. I contributed to migrating services from a proprietary in-house framework over to Spring Boot, improving testability and making the codebase easier to work with going forward. Alongside backend work, I built and maintained frontend features using React and TypeScript throughout my time there. I also used Python 2.x to build tooling for anonymizing production data and creating containerized MySQL datasets for local development and testing.

I worked on graphical simulation software for quarrying and mining operations, a search and indexing tool for laboratory results, and a license management system for controlling tool access. It was a good environment for learning to care about correctness and writing software that behaves predictably.

I worked within the compiler technology research group, doing testing, documentation, and tooling development. A good introduction to working in a technical environment where precision and clear communication matter.
