Responsible for the backend and for integrations towards other systems and services via Azure Services, including conversational interfaces built on Azure Bot Service, where webhooks drive the event flow between the platform and the Teams bots.

Across multiple strategic initiatives at Ingka, the world's largest IKEA retailer, I have contributed as a fullstack developer designing and building digital platforms that support business-critical retail expansion workflows — from evaluating new markets to opening new retail locations. My responsibilities span database design, API development, integrations towards internal and external systems, data migration, frontend applications, infrastructure, CI/CD pipelines, monitoring of the services in production with Cloud Monitoring and Cloud Logging, and technical documentation — API and integration specifications, system architecture diagrams, and development guidelines maintained in Confluence.

Financial Approval Workflow System - Designed and built the backend and API layer for a platform used to secure financial approval of investment projects. Implemented complex business logic and dynamic approval flows. Built serverless event-driven architecture with Cloud Functions, scheduled data pipelines, and BigQuery analytics.

Market Discovery Platform - Developed the fullstack solution for a form-based evaluation tool for assessing and scoring potential new locations. Built RESTful APIs, database schemas in Firestore and PostgreSQL, and integrated Azure AD authentication. Implemented project assessment workflows with categorized scoring criteria and financial feasibility analysis.

Space Planning & Design Platform - Built a platform from the ground up for defining and validating new retail space configurations. Developed form-driven workflows with approval processes and AI-assisted input validation. Managed infrastructure provisioning and CI/CD pipelines with GitHub Actions.

Operational Playbook Platform - Built and maintained an information hub serving as the organizational knowledge base for internal methodologies and processes. Developed CMS-like workflows and implemented event-driven microservices using Cloud Functions and Pub/Sub for data synchronization and automated notifications.

Working in cross-functional Scrum teams throughout, collaborating closely with Product Owners, Tech Leads, fellow developers, and system architects to align the solutions with the overall product strategy. Participating in sprint planning, daily standups, retrospectives, and regular demos to both internal and external stakeholders.
